Dockyard Amusement Park

The Yarn Mill at Chatham Dockyard has an illustrious history but is now derelict and requires much money to maintain every year. After observing many times that many local parents bring their children to visit the nearby history museum on weekends, but there is no place for recreation and relaxation, I am going to turn it into a hands-on community centre with recreational facilities for parents and children, which will provide a place for parents and children to relax and have fun while repurposing the abandoned yarn factory.
