HARBOURS

This is a topic of my own research, in Kingston upon thames, you can often see a lot of homeless people and street performers in the commercial pedestrian street, sometimes tourists will have conflicts with these homeless people, how to resolve the conflicts, so that the negative impact into a local positive cultural characteristics, in the solution to the problem at the same time for the homeless people and street performers to find a belong to their harbour.
